Mission Statement

Burlington Youth Soccer Association (BYSA) is a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, committed to providing an inclusive youth soccer experience that ignites a passion for the sport in players, coaches, and referees in a safe and fun environment.

Vision Statement

To build a soccer community that provides positive, lifelong experiences for all participants.

We Believe in (Core Values):
  • Maintain a safe environment for all players, coaches, spectators and officials.
  • Provide opportunities for players of all skill levels to improve and maximize their abilities.
  • Provide opportunities for players to learn the value of teamwork while prioritizing good sportsmanship.
  • Provide opportunities for coaches of all levels that strengthen coaching skills and build confidence.
  • Provide an opportunity for all youth residents of the community to play soccer and officiate.
  • Have fun!!!
